            Biencom's business model is to provide a complete solution for all your Real Estate needs when relocating to, around or away from the Lake Chapala region of Jalisco.  We are composed of a small but effective team of highly experienced real estate professionals, lawyers and fiscal advisors whom provide much more in-depth service than your average real estate brokerage.     
 
            Our Motto is that in a competitive market, the team that shines above the rest is the one that will best please the client and thus be the most successful. Many times when doing business over-seas clients may become disappointed that they do not find the same level of customer service as they do at home. We strive to make the opposite true, helping take the stress out of your real estate transaction and making you transition and smooth and enjoyable one.
 
  Owner, Chris Gruenwald, partnered with Chapalajara Real Estate in 2012 and became Broker. The company quickly grew even though the housing market at Lake Chapala was going through what locals would call a slump. In 2015, during a restructuring for the sake of expansion, the two partners decided to part ways and each grow in their own direction. Chris Gruenwald re-named his share of the company to Biencom and provides a complete one-stop all    inclusive real estate service for both Foreign and Mexican buyers and sellers.
 
            Chris Gruenwald has been living in Mexico since 2003, and has been a top producing sales agent and broker in the Lake Chapala area since 2006. Chris  originates from a mult-national background and has lived around the world. He became a super agent at a now extinct brokerage and has been building a  Real Estate team of top agents, closers and rental administrators since 2008. While the Biencom commercial name is new, the all inclusive Real Estate service concept is tried and proven and the experience the Biencom team provides is unique amongst Mexican Real Estate borkerages.
