Kira Byerly

I was born in Guadalajara, but raised in the North of Mexico. I was fortunate to learn English at a very young age after living for 3 years in California.
After several years of living in Mérida, Yucatán – working for the Yucatán State Tourism board – I moved back to Guadalajara and reconnected with the Chapala area where I fell in love with Ajijic. I moved here since 2005, My venture began catering to the needs of the expat community while working for several local businesses such as Focus on Mexico, and in advertisements for the Lake Chapala Review magazine.  Until 2015, I took over Ajijic Homes 4 Rent, property management to which I am currently owner and operator.
With the intention of diversifying the services that I currently provide in my business, the desire to venture into the world of real estate sales came along. In order to meet the needs of my clients in their search to settle in the Chapala area either temporarily or permanently.
I have a loving and supportive husband and 2 grown up children.  I love animals, I love nature, and I love to help others feel at home – and to feel part of a family and to help them with a smooth transition into living in Mexico. I look forward to helping you find your forever home in Ajijic.

Nací en Guadalajara, pero crecí en el Norte de México. Tuve la suerte de aprender inglés a una edad muy temprana después de vivir 3 años en California.
Después de varios años de vivir en Mérida, Yucatán –trabajando para la Secretaría de Turismo del Estado de Yucatán– regresé a Guadalajara y me reconecté con la zona de Chapala donde me enamoré de Ajijic. Me mudé aquí desde 2005. Mi emprendimiento comenzó por la búsqueda de satisfacer las necesidades de la comunidad de expatriados mientras trabajé para varias empresas locales como Focus on México y en venta de publicidad para la revista Lake Chapala Review. Hasta el año 2015 me hice cargo de Ajijic Homes 4 Rent, administración de propiedades de la cual actualmente soy propietario y operador.
Con la intención de diversificar los servicios que actualmente presto en mi negocio, surgió el deseo de incursionar en el mundo de la compraventa de bienes raíces. Con el fin de poder aportar más soluciones a las necesidades de mis clientes en su búsqueda de radicarse en la zona de Chapala ya sea de manera temporal o permanente.
Tengo un esposo que me apoya en todos mis proyectos profesionales y 2 hijos mayores.  Amo a los animales, amo la naturaleza y me encanta ayudar a otros a sentirse como en casa, y sentirme parte de una familia y ayudarlos con una transición sin problemas para vivir en México. Espero poder ayudarte a encontrar tu hogar definitivo en Ajijic.
