Kristina Morgan (Broker)

As Broker and Owner of Lake Chapala Real Estate, I bring over 20 years of experience living and working in the Lake Chapala area, along with state and national real estate certifications in Mexico, U.S. licensure as a Realtor and Broker, and a NASCLA-accredited General Contractor’s license.

My role goes beyond a traditional broker. I take a hands-on approach to understanding your goals and carefully match you with the right agent on our team—someone whose strengths, personality, and expertise align with your specific needs. From there, I remain actively involved, overseeing the process to ensure your interests are protected at every stage.

I have spent most of my life at Lakeside after my family relocated here in the early 1990s, and I’ve had the unique experience of living fully within both the local Mexican and expat communities. Three of my four children were born and raised here, giving me a long-term, personal perspective on what it means to build a life in this area.

After building a successful real estate and construction career in the United States, I returned to Lake Chapala because this is home. My work today reflects both that personal connection and a strong commitment to professionalism, transparency, and ethical representation.

Before becoming owner and broker of Lake Chapala Real Estate, I served as Co-Director and Real Estate Liaison for Focus on Mexico, where I helped educate and guide newcomers through the relocation process. That experience shaped my approach: clear communication, realistic expectations, and a focus on helping clients make informed, confident decisions.
