Sheila Margellos & Monica Ayala

Sheila Margellos: Sheila and her husband relocated to lakeside from Vancouver Canada several years ago with the intent of retiring. Sheila involved herself in many charitable organizations and through her involvement assisted in raising much needed funding for children’s care here at lakeside.  Through that process she has gained a vast knowledge of the area and made many, many friends. Her formal education took her into a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and also became a Chartered Accountant (CPA).  Sheila has a very strong entrepreneurial spirit and after holding several responsible business positions, her heart led her to open her own very successful business. Sheila and her husband have built three homes here at lakeside where she has gained a great understanding of the building process.  These skills are an integral part of her passion for real estate. Monica Ayala was born in Chapala Jalisco and grew up in Silicon Valley California until the age of 13 moving back to Chapala because her family is originally from the area. She grew speaking both Spanish and English which makes her fluent in both languages. She is very up driven person that   always works very hard towards achieving her goals.

Monica started at the age of 21 working as a property manager in gated communities in the Ajijic area, becoming her passion and a currier decision to be in real estate.  After working hard in management at the age of 28 she was offered a great an opportunity to move to Huatulco, Oaxaca to work as a sales agent and marketing manager selling villas on the beach. She is a responsible persona that works very hard to overcome anything and very committed to her work, this gave her the opportunity to be able to manage many well-known gated communities on the beach of Huatulco, Oaxaca and a beach club as well as in construction for 7 years.

She always said she would come back to Chapala and make her dreams come true in her home town; She loves customer service and always looks to give an extraordinary experience to all her clients since she believes that everyone deserves to obtain the best possible service there is! She loves Chapala and looks forward to start her family in the area, having them enjoy of the culture and traditions that make the lakeside the best place to live in the world.
